Deskripsi Kerja

Hello Dental Clinic, located at Sunway Velocity, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team. You will welcome patients, manage appointments, verify insurance, and maintain accurate patient records.

We require A-Level/O Level education and at least 2 years of customer service experience. Strong English skills are essential; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. Weekend and shift work is necessary.
