Working Hours: Monday to Saturday: 9am to 5:30pm (with availability for messages on Sundays and nights)
Job Description: We seek a responsible and proactive Customer Service Executive to manage customer communications and support across our online platforms. The role includes handling inquiries, processing return requests, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Requirements: Strong written communication skills in English/Malay, attention to detail, independent work capability, e-commerce experience preferred.
Salary: RM2,800.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
