Deskripsi Kerja
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service professional to manage day-to-day sales operations. Key responsibilities include handling pre-sales and post-sales processes, coordinating logistics, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will oversee loan sets, manage documentation, and support both internal and external customers with high levels of service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience: 1 year in Marketing (Preferred)
Language: Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa is preferred.
