Deskripsi Kerja
Agensi Pekerjaan Career Horizons is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will log incidents in our helpdesk system, assist buyers and suppliers, and provide training. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining service quality, and gathering client feedback.
Requirements: Diploma in any field, 2-3 years experience, fluency in Mandarin and English, strong communication skills, and knowledge of e-Commerce and Microsoft Office is a plus.
This full-time position offers a salary of RM2,00.00 to RM4,500.00 monthly, health insurance, and development opportunities.
