As a Customer Service Executive, you will coordinate shipping rates, manage bookings, and communicate with vendors and customers. You’ll also handle daily shipment monitoring and report any operational issues while assisting with market updates.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least an SPM or Diploma in logistics with 3-5 years of experience. Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset are essential. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage.
