Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Kuala Lumpur Federal Territory, accessible by MRT.
Salary Package: RM300-3800 (based on education and experience).
Working Hours: 24/7 Shift (rotating every quarter), 5 days a week with 2 consecutive days off.
*Hybrid mode may be available based on performance.
Job Description:
- Develop knowledge to enhance customer experience.
- Guide customers in addressing their concerns.
- Handle complaints and provide solutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate service.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in English.
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; training provided.
- Able to work in a rotational shift.
