Deskripsi Kerja
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to handle all inbound calls, live chat, and emails related to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback regarding our products. Your goal will be to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service and accurate information.
- Proficient in computer typing skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer literacy.
Requirements:
- Able to start work immediately
- Available to work on weekends & Public Holidays
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: From RM3,00.00 per month
- Rotational shift schedule
- Education: STM/STPM (Preferred)
- Languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (Preferred)
