Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- SPM leavers with certification are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on rotational shifts.
- Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Age Group: 25-40 years old.
Job Description:
Handle inquiries related to the bank, such as upgrading to new plans or new sign-ups.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract (24 months)
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
