Deskripsi Kerja

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to enhance our customer experience at Career Search. Your key duties will include understanding and responding to customer inquiries through email, chat, and callbacks, as well as managing escalations and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications include a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, at least one year of customer service experience, and familiarity with social media platforms. This full-time, permanent position offers a monthly salary of RM4,00.00 – RM4,500.00, along with benefits such as health and dental insurance.
