Deskripsi Kerja
About You
Carsome is seeking a skilled and experienced Telesales Customer Service Executive. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong communication and negotiation skills. Your responsibilities include identifying potential customers and scheduling Free Test Drive appointments or Video Car Tours.
Your Day-To-Day Tasks:
- Conduct outbound calls based on leads.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist with account registration and bookings.
- Encourage rescheduling of canceled appointments.
- Inform customers about promotions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements: SPM/Diploma/Degree, 1 year sales experience, fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Pay: RM2,200.00 – RM3,00.00 per month.
Office located at The Ascent Kelana Jaya.
