Deskripsi Kerja
We are City World Trading, located in Kuala Lumpur, seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive. This 6-month contract position offers staggered hours between 8 AM and 11 PM. Fresh graduates are welcome, while 1-year contact center experience is preferred. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
Responsibilities include handling customer calls, providing product information, and building customer relationships. Salary ranges from RM 2,500 to RM 3,00 per month.
