Deskripsi Kerja

Join Citylink Express Sdn Bhd as a Customer Service Executive, the main point of contact for our valued customers. You will answer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance brand awareness through phone, email, and chat.

Your role includes collaborating with internal teams, gathering customer feedback, and driving sales through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

This full-time position offers a salary of RM3,00.00 – RM4,500.00 with benefits like health insurance and professional development.

Preferred languages are Mandarin and Bahasa. In-person work is required.
