Deskripsi Kerja

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team at Data Management. Your primary responsibility will involve handling customer inquiries via inbound calls, live chat, and emails. You will provide effective solutions to customer issues while ensuring timely follow-ups and responses.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or higher.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Willingness to work in KL Sentral.
• Preferred experience in Call Center/BPO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
