Deskripsi Kerja
Deccan Shipping & Logistics Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will liaise and negotiate with carriers and vendors to secure advantageous rates, manage international and domestic import/export shipments, and collaborate effectively with sales and internal teams.
Key qualifications include:
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics/NVOCC industry
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Ability to multi-task and manage administrative duties
Full-time, permanent position. Salary starts at RM2,800.00/month. Benefits include health insurance and performance bonuses.
