Deskripsi Kerja
Eco Space Panel seeks an office-based Customer Service Executive in Kuala Lumpur to support customers across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada. You will handle inquiries, process orders, assist with deliveries, refunds and after-sales, resolve complaints, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate records to ensure high service quality. Available full-time (9:00 AM–6:00 PM) or part-time night shift (6:00 PM–3:00 AM). Must communicate in English and Malay (Mandarin a plus), be detail-oriented, a strong problem-solver, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training, friendly culture, promotion and professional development opportunities provided. Salary RM1,800–RM3,500/month. On-site work in Kuala Lumpur.
