Deskripsi Kerja
Everlife-Chemopharm Sdn Bhd is embarking on an aggressive expansion plan and is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our Service Team as a Customer Service Executive.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels
- Generating sales documents
- Handling customer requests and complaints
- Managing spare parts inventory
Requirements:
- Diploma/Higher Diploma in Business Studies or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
Salary: RM3,00 – RM4,00 per month; Full-time, Permanent.
