Deskripsi Kerja
Fengshi Metal Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly. The ideal candidate will manage customer records, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
Benefits: Free parking, maternity leave, professional development
Requirements: STM/STPM preferred, 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
Languages: Mandarin and English are preferred.
