Deskripsi Kerja
FMX (M) SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to enhance our customers’ experiences. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries related to shipment bookings and provide effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calls and emails regarding shipment bookings.
- Ensure accurate data entry for customer bookings.
- Provide status updates and communicate proactively.
- Follow up on outstanding shipments and prepare KPI reports.
Location: Shah Alam, Selangor
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00/month
