Working Hours: Monday to Friday, in-office

Job Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to provide exceptional customer support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by demonstrating strong communication skills and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and Google Sheets.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or relevant degree preferred.
- 1 year of customer care experience required.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English.
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
