• Provide stellar after-sales support to our drivers.
• Be the first point of contact for drivers’ requests.
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities for upselling.
• Keep customers informed on latest promotions.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years in a customer-focused role.
• Passion for helping others.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: RM9,200.00 – RM11,500.00/month
