Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team at Jubin BMS (1990) Sdn Bhd, located in Tebrau. This position requires working 5.5 days a week with alternate Saturdays off.

Job Responsibilities: Process orders, coordinate delivery schedules, handle customer complaints, maintain an organized filing system, and assist with marketing materials.

Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and documentation, a Diploma in Business Administration, computer literacy, and own transportation are essential.

Compensation: Full-time position with a pay range of RM2,500.00 – RM3,300.00 per month, including health insurance and meal allowances.
