Deskripsi Kerja

KINTETSU WORLD EXPRESS is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to manage customer shipping needs. The successful candidate will liaise with customers to address inquiries, prepare shipping documents, and ensure timely delivery operations.

Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with cargo schedules, providing timely prealerts, and ensuring accurate invoicing. Candidates should have a minimum Diploma in any field and relevant experience in freight forwarding or shipping.

We offer a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of RM2,300.00 – RM3,600.00 per month, alongside benefits such as maternity leave and opportunities for promotion.
