Deskripsi Kerja
Kintetsu World Express is seeking a Customer Service Executive to connect with customers about their shipment needs and address inquiries. Responsibilities include preparing shipping documents, assisting customers with cargo dates, sending timely pre-alerts, ensuring delivery orders are returned, and accurately capturing charges in our system. The role requires a minimum diploma, relevant experience in freight forwarding or shipping, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. On-job training will be provided.
