Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Working Hours: 8AM – 5PM, Monday – Sunday (5 days a week)
Salary: RM 8,500 (basic) + RM 400 KPI allowance
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or expected graduate (documents required)
- Languages: Korean (native), English (business level)
- Minimum 1 year experience in the service industry preferred
- Strong computer skills; fast typing in both languages
- Able to work in Malaysia (Ara Damansara)
Responsibilities: Assist users via online chat, email, and voice support, handle bookings and inquiries, and liaise with vendors.
