Deskripsi Kerja
KPP-ANTALIS (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking a Customer Service Executive for a contract position lasting 6 months. The successful candidate will ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication regarding orders, shipments, and complaints. Key responsibilities include managing orders with the sales team, monitoring shipment timelines, preparing export shipping documents, and assisting with accounts receivables.
Candidates should have experience in order management and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, and must be effective in both independent and team settings.
Compensation is RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00 per month, with professional development benefits. The position requires in-person attendance and the expected start date is 09/01/2025.
