- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin.
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on rotational shifts.
- Prior experience in the call service industry is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Job Description:
- Handle inbound calls, live chat, and emails.
- Exceed customer expectations.
- Work collaboratively to achieve KPIs and SLAs.
Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
