Deskripsi Kerja
Lean IT Consultants Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive. Candidates should have excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. We encourage SPM leavers to apply. Successful candidates must work rotational shifts and will benefit from previous call service experience.
Responsibilities include attending to customer inquiries, ensuring satisfactory experiences, directing calls, maintaining positive customer interactions, and keeping detailed records. Applicants should be 18-55 years old.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract | Pay: Up to RM2,900.00/month | Benefits: Promotion and professional development opportunities.
