Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on rotational shifts.
- Prior working experience in the call service industry is an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced working environment.
- Age Group: 18-55 years old.
Job Description:
Handling all outbound calls related to customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and issues regarding the company’s products. Agents will also contact customers if flights are rescheduled.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
