Deskripsi Kerja
Lifework HR Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to manage shipping and logistics operations. You will oversee export/import shipments, arrange transportation, and handle correspondence with agents to ensure timely deliveries. Your role involves liaising with customers, providing logistics solutions, and resolving complaints. Knowledge of customs declarations is a plus.
Requirements include strong communication skills, a minimum of a Diploma, and at least one year of experience in a logistics firm. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; Mandarin is preferred. This full-time, permanent position is based in Bandar Botanic, Klang with a salary range of RM2,500 – RM4,00 per month.
