Deskripsi Kerja

Niso Enterprise is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive fluent in Mandarin. You will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain records and follow up on issues while meeting KPIs.

This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of RM3,500.00 to RM5,00.00 per month, with benefits like dental and health insurance and professional development opportunities. Preferred qualifications include STM/STPM and proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese. This position requires in-office work.
