Transcosmos Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative. This remote position is open to fresh graduates eager to support our clients through email, live chat, and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
• Efficiently resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin, basic English skills preferred.
