Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team at Samsung Service Center, One Mobile Care Sdn Bhd located at NO 12, JALAN LAGENDA 3, TAMAN 1 LAGENDA, 75400 MELAKA.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service on-site
- Resolve customer problems and issues
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Speak Malay and English
- Willing to learn & start from the ground up
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in customer service is a plus
Working Hours: 10am – 6:30pm, Monday to Saturday
Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
