Deskripsi Kerja
Your Role:
- Answer incoming calls and communicate with customers in a friendly manner.
- Manage student check-ins and registrations.
- Provide high-quality service to assist customers with inquiries.
- Perform basic computer and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
- Basic computer skills required.
Benefits:
- Flexible working hours, no 9-to-5 routine.
- Monthly salary: MYR 2,500 – MYR 2,800.
