Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team at Red Contact Sdn Bhd in Kota Syahbandar, Melaka! We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Executive to handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries related to our products and services. You will provide accurate information, address customer issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction in a professional manner.
This position requires at least one year of experience in customer service, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. We offer a 12-month contract with opportunities for permanent placement.
