Deskripsi Kerja
Red Contact Sdn Bhd located in Kota Syahbandar, Melaka, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and resolve complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year in a customer service role, but we welcome retrenched individuals, unemployed, and fresh graduates.
