Deskripsi Kerja
Safetyware Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to manage customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships. Responsibilities include issuing quotations and invoices, processing inquiries via phone, fax, and email, arranging samples, resolving complaints, and ensuring timely payment collection.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer care, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to communicate in Mandarin.
This permanent position is based in Bukit Minyak Industrial Estate, Simpang Ampat, Penang, offering a pay range of RM2,800.00 – RM3,800.00 per month, along with benefits such as flexible working hours, medical insurance, and additional leave.
