Deskripsi Kerja
Are you a proactive and communicative individual? Join Smart Screen Asia as a Customer Service Executive! In this role, you will:
- Attend incoming calls from clients
- Collect moving information
- Conduct surveys
- Prepare and send quotes to clients
- Follow up on quotes and secure sales
- Oversee the entire moving process and ensure payment completion
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluent in Malay and English (other languages are an advantage)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
