Deskripsi Kerja
SNS Network is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities will include performing inspections, preparing reports, managing warranty claims, and ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met. Knowledge of Samsung products is a plus. Applicants must be willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, at our location in 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
