Deskripsi Kerja

Position Summary:

• Provide first-level support to ACCA customers for general inquiries (China customers).
• Training provided; must speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
• Working days: Monday – Sunday with 2 off days; Shift timings: 8 AM – 8 PM (rotational).
• Salary: RM3,00 – RM3,500 + RM300 attendance & performance bonus.
• Location: Plaza Sentral, across KL Sentral.

Requirements: Conversational Mandarin, all ages welcome, customer service experience preferred.
