Deskripsi Kerja
Syarikat Low Kim Chuan dan Anak-Anak Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, coordinating orders and shipments, and resolving issues effectively. Maintain documentation and foster strong customer relationships.
Requirements: diploma/degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field with 1-2 years of experience in customer service (preferably logistics). Strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency are essential.
This is a full-time position with a salary of RM1,733.73 – RM3,912.31 per month, plus benefits like maternity leave and professional development opportunities.
