Deskripsi Kerja

IMMEDIATE JOINER ONLY

Job Scope:

  • Handle inbound calls/emails/live chat for customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Act as the first contact for technical issue inquiries.
  • Provide excellent technical assistance (remote troubleshooting) to customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM required.
  • No prior experience needed; fresh graduates encouraged.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Able to work rotational shifts.
  • Join us starting June 19, 2024.

Salary Package:

Basic Salary: RM2,300, with potential to earn up to RM3,200 per month including allowances.
