Job Scope:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Assist customers with Grab services, payment issues, and App support.

Requirements:

  • Good English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • SPM/SKM level 3; Fresh Graduates welcome.

Salary Package: Up to RM2,800 per month (inclusive of allowances).
