Deskripsi Kerja
Join Top Key Management Sdn Bhd as a Customer Service Executive! In this role, you will build strong relationships with guests while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and managing reservations to ensure smooth guest arrivals.
Requirements include full-time availability, willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays, along with basic computer skills and proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
We offer a competitive salary starting from RM3,00.00 per month, plus additional benefits such as EPF, Socso, fixed allowances, and annual bonuses.
