Deskripsi Kerja

Location: Johor Bahru

Contract Duration: 24 Months

Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older, possess SPM, UEC, SKM 3, SVM 3, or IGCSE certificates.

Working Details: 6 days on, 1 day off; Rotational shifts.

Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries via calls, chat, and email; deliver exceptional service; meet KPIs and SLAs; strong computer skills.

Benefits: 12 days annual leave, 14 days medical leave, shuttle services available.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh Graduates, Student Jobs; Salary: RM1,900.00 – RM2,800.00/month.
