Deskripsi Kerja

U Mobile is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will manage customer calls, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions. Responsibilities include accurately logging interactions, ensuring adherence to schedules, and maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications: SPM and above, preferably with customer service experience. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and the ability to start immediately is a must.

Job Type: Full-time | Salary: RM2,150.00 – RM3,150.00 per month. Benefits include a flexible schedule, health insurance, and opportunities for promotion.
