Join Upright Talent as a Customer Service Executive! In this role, you will provide first-level contact, diagnose software issues, and resolve customer inquiries promptly. Your responsibilities include escalating unresolved queries, guiding customers through problem-solving processes, and ensuring thorough documentation.
