Deskripsi Kerja

Location: Georgetown, Pulau Pinang

Basic Salary: RM 2,00 – RM 2,400 (Depending on experience)

Job Types: 1-year contract (renewable)

Working Days: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts up to 7 PM

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to start immediately.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage customer interactions across various channels.
• Resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Provide expert guidance on energy efficiency and product usage.
