Wealth Mastery Academy is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer requests, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Ensure service satisfaction for customers.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,800.00 to RM4,00.00 per month
