Deskripsi Kerja
WPM SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to manage season parking customer accounts and maintain an accurate database. Responsibilities include daily data entry, effective communication with customers, monitoring outstanding payments, and providing excellent service and support.
Applicants should possess a minimum Diploma and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates are neat, systematic, and meticulous team players who can work independently under pressure.
