Deskripsi Kerja
INNIO GROUP SDN BHD is looking for a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team. You will address customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring high satisfaction levels by efficiently resolving issues.
Key responsibilities include managing response rates, maintaining quality metrics, and analyzing customer feedback for improvements. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and possess strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from RM2,500.00 to RM4,00.00. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
