Deskripsi Kerja
Mommyhana Creative Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Customer Service Intern to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Communicate with customers and agents through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Address basic inquiries and provide accurate information promptly.
- Assist the customer service team in resolving complaints and issues.
- Maintain records of interactions and transactions.
- Support administrative tasks related to customer support operations.
We require a Diploma or Degree student in a relevant field, with strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
This internship lasts 3 to 6 months with a stipend of RM500.00 per month.
