Deskripsi Kerja
Logisteed Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service representative. This role involves monitoring tasks for compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and effective communication with customers via email and face-to-face interactions.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring daily tasks align with SOP.
- Communicating with customers through email and in-person.
- Preparing internal and customer reports.
- Planning daily shipments.
Work Schedule: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM).
Location: Office in Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang.
